CONSTITUTION: A thermal insulating device 11 for tape is equipped with a main body 12 which is formed into a cylindrical shape, erected in the vertical direction, and has a tape storage part 20 wherein tapes T are contained inside, heater part 21 which is provided on the main body 12 and thermally insulates the tape storage part 20, upper end opening 13 which is provided at the upper end of the main body 12 and from which tapes T are taken into the tape storage part 20 one by one, and lower end opening 17 which is provided at the lower end of the main body 12, and from which the contained tapes T are taken out one by one by the sequence of taking in.
