Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermal treatment equipment which allows exhaust heat to be efficiently used.SOLUTION: An exhaust part 40 of a heat treatment furnace 2 comprising thermal treatment equipment 1 is provided with an exhaust part heat exchanger (first heat exchanger) 6 and an intake part 30 is provided with an intake part heat exchanger (second heat exchanger) 5. The exhaust heat of the heat treatment furnace 2 is collected by raising temperature of a heat medium in the exhaust part heat exchanger 6, the heat medium of risen temperature is circulated in the intake part heat exchanger 5, and heat of the heat medium is discharged to the outside air introduced into the heat treatment furnace 2. In the thermal treatment equipment 1, the exhaust heat can be efficiently reused by collecting the exhaust heat of the heat treatment furnace 2 and preheating the outside air to be introduced into the heat treatment furnace 2.
