Title:
THERMODETECTING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05282978
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a thermodetecting circuit in which on-off states of a switch is reversed by thermodetection higher than a predetermined temperature and the reversed state is kept even when the temperature lowers after the reversal.

CONSTITUTION: This thermodetecting circuit comprises a heat-sensing switch 6a and a switch circuit 8 for converting the action of the heat-sensing switch 6a into change of voltage. The heat-sensing switch 6a changes its shape due to the heat higher than a predetermined temperature, and a shape memory alloy 61a, which keeps its changed shape even if the temperature lowers after it has been changed, is used for driving a contact.
