PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition excellent in rigidity, antistatic property, impact resistance, and thermal stability mixing a polyamide elastomer and/or polyester elastomer with a styrene resin, a specific phenol compound, and an antioxidant.
CONSTITUTION: This resin comprises 100 pts.wt. polymer blend consisting of 2-60wt.% polyamide elastomer and/or polyester elastomer and 98-40wt.% styrene resin obtained by polymerizing either an aromatic vinyl compound or a mixture thereof with other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence or absence of a rubbery polymer, 0.01-5 pts.wt. compound (a) represented by the formula (wherein R1 and R3 each is a 1-8C alkyl and R2 is a 1-8C alkylene), and 0.01-4 pts.wt. antioxidant consisting of at least either of a hindered phenol compound other than the component (a) and a sulfur compound.
