Abstract:
To provide a thread winding machine than can surely reduce local abrasions of fulcrum guides and does not require a bearing for the fulcrum guide.SOLUTION: A plurality of fulcrum guides 16 are formed in roller shapes having central axes and are configured so that threads Y are hung on outer peripheral surfaces thereof and the guides do not rotate around the central axes when winding the threads. A thread winding machine comprises: a moving mechanism that moves the plurality of fulcrum guides 16 between a winding position at the time of winding the threads and a thread-hanging position at the time of hanging the threads; and a rotating mechanism 30 that automatically rotates one or more fulcrum guides 16 around the central axes, when the moving mechanism moves the plurality of fulcrum guides 16 between the winding position and the thread-hanging position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
