Abstract:
To provide a three-dimensional molding material that can form a powder layer when molding a stereo three-dimensional food, and to provide a method for producing three-dimensional food.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional molding material 10 which is an edible powder is used when molding a stereo three-dimensional food 11 by a three-dimensional printer 12.
