Abstract:
To provide a three-dimensional molding method of the laminated film capable of reducing the load on the laminated film or the molding equipment even if molding height of the protrusion processing portion is increased and efficiently molding a protrusion processing portion having excellent appearance characteristics.SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional molding method of a laminated film, laminated films 10 of at least an inner surface film 10b with a soft innermost surface and an outer surface film 10a having high strength on the outer surface side are compression molded by using a molding die 11 located on the inner surface film side and an anvil 13 located on the outer surface film side, and the compression-molded part is protruded to the outer surface side. The method is characterized in that the inner surface film is a polyolefin film having heat sealing properties, the outer surface film is a stretched film of nylon or a stretched film of polyethylene terephthalate, and the surface roughness of the molding die is 0.5 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
