PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous polymer metal complex, and a gas absorber, a gas storage device and a gas separation device using the same and having excellent properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a porous polymer metal complex having a constitutional unit of [AXY], where A represents a bivalent transition metal ion, X represents a plurality kinds of isophthalic acid ions having at least one kind of isophthalic acid on having a functional group containing halogen other than fluorine at 5-position and n represents the number of constitutional units consisting of AXY, a bi-nuclear cluster structure where 2 transition metal ions are crosslinked by 3 isophthalic acid derivatives, and a three-dimensional network structure where each of 2 transition metal ions has a tetra-coordinate structure where 4 oxygen atoms of the isophthalic acid ions are coordinated.SELECTED DRAWING: None
