Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow quick measurement with high resolution.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a light emitting device 1 for emitting a plane wave to a measuring object 3, and an image pick-up device 4 for uptaking a reflected image of the object 3. A distance upto the measuring object 3 is measured using a time from the emission of the plane wave by the light emitting device 1 upto the uptake of the reflected light by the image pick-up device 4. Time intervals for plane wave emitting times in the light emitting device 1 and reflected image uptaking times are made variable to conduct very fine measurement relating to an existing region of the measuring object 3.
