Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a threshold to be mounted easily in a beautiful finish.
SOLUTION: A threshold 3 comprises a threshold main body 12, on the upper surface of which a rail part 6 comprising a groove 11 along which a sliding door D slides is formed, and a rail member 13 covering the grooved bottom surface 11A of the rail part 6 of the threshold main body 12 and receiving the sliding door D. Further, by driving into the threshold main body 12 a fixture 14 which passes through the rail part 6 from above, the threshold main body 12 is secured to a floor bed A, and the rail member 13 is placed on the rail part 6, so that the head 15A of the fixture 15 is covered with the rail member 13.
