Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure communication speed of communication of a specific terminal adaptor with priority even when traffic of packet communication is in congestion in D channel and B channel packet communication using an ISDN channel.
CONSTITUTION: A packet monitor adaptor 1 calculates a communication throughput to be added and has a call reference number list used at present and a communication throughput to be added as user information and generates a release end message having a call reference number to be used at present and sends it. Terminal adaptors 61-68 detect a release end message to decrease a throughput of a transmission packet more as the priority stored in advance, is lower when the communication throughput to be added is less than a lower limit border and to increase a throughput of a transmission packet more as the priority stored in advance is higher when the communication throughput to be added is more than an upper limit border.
