Abstract:
To easily achieve an improvement in current resistance and the miniaturization of the device by a simple means.
One ZnO element 1 is provided between power supply lines L1 and L2 of a low voltage single-phase AC or DC power supply, and a discharge gap 2 is formed between any one terminal of the ZnO element 1 and the ground. Further, a fuse is interposed between one terminal of the ZnO element 1 and the power supply line. Moreover, one ZnO element is provided between each of two phases of power supply lines of a three-phase AC power supply, and a fuse is interposed between one common line of each ZnO element and the ground.
