Abstract:
To provide a tidal power generation device of water conduit floating type that generates electric power by alternately operating two storage/discharge channel gates by a tidal flow.SOLUTION: A water storage outer wall plate with a bottom plate that partitions an inner sea and an outer sea is installed at a seashore edge, and two storage/discharge conduit channel gates that partition the outer sea and the middle sea with tidal actuation and partition middle sea and the inner sea with delayed actuation are installed in a water storage tank, which is surrounded by the outer wall plate. Conduit block float tanks are floated in aquariums which are wider and deeper than conduit widths at opposite ends of communication conduits in the storage/discharge channel conduit gates, and a float tank for a power generation device is floated in a center aquarium. By coordinating the three float tanks and a water conduit with each other via a connecting pin, the float tanks shut off a narrow conduit port on the side of higher sea level by water pressure, and a water flow due to a sea face difference is introduced into a water introduction chamber of the power generation device provided in the center float tank by the water conduit, thus rotating the power generation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
