To save a space by shortening the total length of a manufacturing line by a method wherein a pallet stacked body in a heating furnace is enabled to stay in a stop state in the furnace until the following pallet stacked body is piled up.
In a manufacturing part 2, a heating furnace 6 and a cooling furnace 7 which are arranged to a downstream side from a tile transloading position P of a pallet transfer conveyor 4, a pallet piling up/unloading apparatus 8 and 8a which are arranged to upper and downstream sides thereof, and a tile unit-peeling transferring apparatus 9 or the like which are arranged to their downstream side, are provided. A pallet stacked body which is piled up by the pallet piling up apparatus 8 contained in the heating furnace 6 is made in a stop state in the furnace until the following stacked body is piled up with the pallet piling up apparatus 8. Since a tile connected material can be heated for a specific curing time thereby though a length of the heating furnace 6 is shortened, a space can be saved by narrowing an installing area of a tile unit-manufacturing line 1.
