Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a time limit selector valve having selective times by the unit of millisecond which is capable of assuring correct reproducibility.
CONSTITUTION: A valve member 3 has a prescribed mass, a spring 38 to act on the valve member 30 has a prescribed force-distance characteristic line, and the valve member 30 is moved from one selective position to the other selective position at a constant passage time after release control of adjusting pressure based on mutually harmonized mass and force under actin of the spring 38 based on laws of damping harmonic wave vibration.
