Foaming rubber 32 of 500% to 1500% of foaming magnification is filled in the tire internal cavity part, and a reinforcing band layer 30 is provided on the outside in the tire diametrical direction of a carcass layer 16. Consequently, it is possible to improve heat resisting durability of the foaming rubber 32 as impact from outside can be divided in the tire circumferential direction by the reinforcing band layer 30 and impact force transmitted to the foaming rubber 32 can be reduced. Additionally, simultaneously, as the foaming magnification of the foaming rubber 32 is set in the above range, it is possible to prevent lowering of impact resisting absorption performance and to prevent lowering of the travelling performance.
