Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanizing device having an excellent air discharge property.SOLUTION: A vulcanizing device 2 comprises a mold 6, a base plate 16 that moves in the axial direction, and an actuator 14. A side plate 24 is disposed axially inward of the base plate 16. The cavity surfaces of split rings 32, 34 are movable between a retreat position located axially outside and an abutting position continuous with the cavity surface of a body 30. A holding tool 28 is movable between a pressing position pressing the outer ends of the split rings 32, 34 to locate the split rings 32, 34 at the abutting position and a retreat position located outside and not pressing the outer ends of the split rings 32, 34. The actuator 14 is movable between a pressing position pressing the outer end of the holding tool 28 to locate the pressing tool 28 at the pressing position and a retreat position located outside and not pressing the outer end of the pressing tool 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
