Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a tissue paper having excellent surface properties even when a moisturizing agent solution is not used; and a method and a facility for manufacturing the tissue paper. [Solution] With regards to a 2-ply tissue paper 1 obtained by laminating two sheets, cellulose nanofibers are imparted to the sheets. The basis weight of the sheets imparted with the cellulose nanofibers according to JIS P 8124 (2011) is 10-20g/m2 and the paper thickness of the two sheets according to JIS P 8111 (1998) is 130-200 μm. The manufacturing facility is provided with a rotary-type interfolder. A sheet S3 is cut while being held on a roll. A cellulose nanofiber aqueous solution L having a concentration of 0.1-0.25% (mass/capacity) is sprayed 81 onto one of the outer surfaces of the sheet S3. The two outer surfaces of the cut sheet S3 are interchanged. The cellulose nanofiber aqueous solution L is sprayed 82 onto the other outer surface. Two of the cut sheets S3 are laminated and subjected to folding-layering to produce a tissue paper bundle 10.
