Abstract:
To provide a three-dimensional tissue image reconstruction technology for correcting a tissue in a section with high accuracy in the event of damage or distortion of the thin section and enabling stacking of the section, thus achieving systematic understanding of tissues.SOLUTION: A method for reconstructing a three-dimensional tissue image of a tissue includes a step of embedding the tissue specimen with a coordinate frame, a step of preparing a plurality of thin sections slicing the tissue specimen collectively with the coordinate frame, a step of imparting coordinate information to the thin cut section based on the coordinate frame, a step of carrying out external observation and/or internal observation of the thin cut, a step of correcting the coordinate information of the thin cut after the external observation and/or internal observation, and a step of reconstructing the three-dimensional tissue image including the external observation and/or internal observation information based on the coordinate information and the correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
