Then, in the case where the amount of money of the standard using charge does not remain in the magnetic card 27, the operatable time is flicker-displayed, and if it is not canceled, by turning ON a start button, the magnetic card 27 is subtraction-processed by the amount of money of the value corresponding to the operatable time, and the card is discharged, and simultaneously, the operation becomes possible. Thus, even if a person has the magnetic card 27 in which the amount of money below the standard using charge remains, he can operate the apparatus for prescribed time by only this remaining amount of money.
