Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a partial overheat in a device for directly blowing vapor in a liquid, forcibly condensing and directly heating the vapor by setting a chamber and a vacuum generator for setting respective pressures inside a mixer and an outlet thereof to the atmospheric pressure or lower. SOLUTION: A flavoring material as an example to be treated is passed through a plurality of pipings 15a and 15b, compressively transferred to a dispersion mixer 14 by a volume type pump 13a and concentration mixed with fiber introduced from a piping 15c and heated. At that time, the interior of the dispersion mixer 14 is kept to be vacuumized by a vacuum pump 15. A heated flavoring material liquid and excessive vapor not condensed are passed through a plurality of pipings 15d and 15e in the form of a multi-phase liquid and compressively transferred to a chamber 16, and the excessive fiber is passed through a piping 15f by a vacuum pump 17 and discharged through a piping 15f. On the other hand, the flavoring material liquid is separated from the excessive fiber and passed through a piping 15h and transferred as a product to the following process by a volume type pump 13b.
