PURPOSE: To provide such a cooler that can be installed in any kind of industrial vehicle and eliminate such incovenience that height or gravity center of the vehicle is raised or upper sight is narrowed thereby.

CONSTITUTION: A support member 28 which supports cooler unit by loading it on a shelf board 27 is rotatably pivoted a vertical shaft 29 so as to be fixed to an fixing member consisting of an L-shaped member 25 and a crank member 26, which are attached to the rear pillar of an industrial vehicle such as a forklift. A cooler unit is arranged right next to a driver so that cold breeze may blows efficiently to the driver. And, when an engine hood comes in contact with the cooler unit when it is opened, the cooler unit is made to rotate around the vertical shaft 29 together with the support member 28 so that it can be easily moved to such a position of no trouble. Therefore, the maintenance and inspection works for the inside of the engine hood can be simplified.
