Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent environmental pollution by widening both end sections of a tunnel, smoothing the air flow in the tunnel when a train enters and passes through, and sharply reducing noise and vibration.
CONSTITUTION: Both end sections 2 of a tunnel are made wider in width than the center section 1 having the normal width. The air flow in the tunnel is smoothed when a train enters and passes through, no unreasonable force is applied to the tunnel and a train body, and noise and vibration is sharply reduced. The noise pollution to residents can be reduced, the speed of the train can be increased, and riding comfortableness can be improved because no unreasonable force is applied to the train body.
