Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a simple structured stepless speed change gear in such a way that an armature coil is put to be axially movable to a field coil. CONSTITUTION:A field coil 2 is fitted in such a way that a field iron core is installed on the inner circumferential face a little to one side of a transverse rotary cylinder 1, an armature iron core 6 which is put opposite to the field coil 2 at the tip part of a driven rotary shaft 5 in free sliding to the left and right is tightened to a bearing 4 which is installed in the center of a side plate 3 on the other side of the transverse rotary cylinder 1, an armature coil 7 which is assembled by a rod conductor and a short-circuit ring is fitted into a groove installed around the outer periphery of the armature iron core 6, and the transverse rotary cylinder 1 is pivotally supported to be freely revolvable on bearings 9, 9' which are installed on the base 8. And, the lower end of a control lever 16 for idling to the left and right equipped on the driven rotary shaft 5 is pivotally fitted on a hinge 15 installed on the upper face of a stand frame 13, and a pin 18 which is saliently provided from a thrust bearing engaged with the driven rotary shaft 5 is idly engaged with a long hole 7 provided at the control lever 16.
