Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the device by supplying each output of the flow meter and the computer via the analog adjustment meter, deciding the set value in proportion to the solid quantity and then controlling the flow amount by the output signal and via the valve. CONSTITUTION:The arithmetic unit includes microcomputer 11, pulse counter 12 which supplies the signals obtained by multiplying the weighed value from load cell 1 by ratio coefficient alpha via ratio setting unit 2, and analog adjustment meter 14. Meter 14 supplies the output signals of flow meter 6 and computer 11 to decide the set value in proportion to the solid quantity. And valve 5 controls the flow amount via the output signal of meter 4. In this way, an extremely excellent control becomes possible for the solid-liquid mixture ratio through a simple constitution.
