Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a polymer capable of forming a molding excellent in heat resistance, water resistance, transparency, shaping properties and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:This molding material is composed of a thermoplastic norbornene polymer having >=5000 and <50000 number-average molecular weight (Mn), >=40000 and <500000 weight-average molecular weight (Mw) and >2.5 and <=10 molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) respectively measured by high-performance liquid chromatography.
