PURPOSE: To provide comfortable air conditioning by operating target temperatures at each air outlet on the ceiling and floor, using as input data the preset temp., the outside-air temp., and the amount of solar radiation, which are the controlling factors for air conditioning system, and regulating them with independent controlling factors respectively.

CONSTITUTION: Respective signals from an outside temp. sensor 17, a solar radiation sensor 18, and a room temp. setting unit 21 are inputted in a control circuit 20 actuated by a microcomputer, and the target temperatures of both head and foot sides are operated in a target-temp. arithmetic circuit 23 and fed into their respective regulating circuits 27 and 29. Here, the target temperatures are regulated according to the regulating quantities from regulators 24 and 25, and the opening of each door is operated by these regulated target temperatures and the signals from their respective sensors 15 and 16, controlling each of the doors through drive circuits 31 and 32. On the other hand, in a room temp. difference arithmetic circuit 39, the data from the target temp. arithmetic circuit 23 are overlapped by the room-temp. data from the head and foot sensors 15 and 16, to control the quantity of blow and outside-inside air switching through drive circuits 35 and 36. Therefore, the rider can obtain a comfortable air conditioning control condition as desired.
