A pendulum type free bracket 8 is applied with force from a guide rod roller 9 at the position of a turn wheel 11 and the delivery position of the wire body A from a reel 1, and the pendulum type free bracket 8 is swayed in the applied direction of force. It is detected by the position detector 3 of the pendulum type free bracket 8, and the moving device 2 is moved by a traverse drive motor 7 in the swung direction.
