Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly by fitting the hollow cylindrical shaft of a damper gear holder and a cylindrical rib into the bearing cylinder and the cylindrical rib of a damper gear while interposing an adhesive material, and sealing the opening of the hollow cylindrical shaft by a sealing body. CONSTITUTION:A damper gear holder 3 is equipped with a hollow cylindrical shaft 5 and a cylindrical rib 6 surrounding the hollow sylindrical shaft 5, on the other hand, a damper gear 1 is equipped with a bearing cylinder 2 with a bottom to insert the shaft 5 and a cylindrical rib 21 surrounding the bearing cylinder 2. In the state of combining the damper gear 1 and the damper gear holder 3, one opening of the hollow cylindrical shaft 5 is closed by the bottom of the bearing cylinder 2 with bottom and an adhesive material 8, and the other opening is sealed by a sealing body 4. Therefore, when force is impressed to separate the damper gear 1 and the damper gear holder 1, the inside of the hollow cylindrical shaft 5 is turned to negative pressure, and the damper gear 1 and the damper gear holder 3 are prevented from being separated. Thus, workability can be prevented with simple configuration.
