PURPOSE: To reduce significantly contact area of dosed-supply member material, such as pipet, etc. with liquid, by forming 2 chambers with intervention of a partition provided with a communicating passage at the bottom, forming a pipet inserting hole on one of said 2 chambers and constructing the other chamber available for hermetical sealing.
CONSTITUTION: After pouring a reagent S into a larger chamber 4 through a pouring orifice 6 of reagent container B, the whole set is hermetically sealed with a cover 7 attached to the orifice 6. The reagent S is introduced into the smaller chamber 3 through a communicating passage 5 located at the bottom of a partition 2. The smaller chamber 3 is open to atmosphere through an insertion hole 8 of pipet P, however, as the chamber 4 is sealed, a level of the reagent S admitted in the chamber 3 rises only to that lower than that of the larger chamber 4. By immersion of an end of pipet P in the reaqent S, the specified quantity of reagent can be absorbed assuredly and the contact area of the reagent S and the pipet P can be reduced to a minimum.
