PURPOSE:To obtain the superior torque vibration absorbing effect by devising the constitution of a sring mechanism which serves for the connection between a side plate and a flange arranged, permitting the relative twist, and which is accommodated into the window holes of the both, thus widening the window holes without incurring the reduction of strength. CONSTITUTION:When a torque is transmitted to a side plate 5 during engine operation, a disc is turned in the R direction. The torque is transmitted to a flange 3 through spring mechanisms 15 and 16 from the side plate 5, and further transmitted to an output shaft 1 through a hub 2. Since the spring mechanisms 15 and 16 are compressed, the side plate 5 is twisted with respect to the flange 3. In this case, in the first stage where the torsional torque is small, the spring mechanism 16 and a spring 22 are far from the side edges (g), (f), and (e) of the window holes 27, 25, and 26, and only the spring 21 of the spring mechanism 15 is mainly compressed. Therefore, the torsion angle of the side plate 5 forms the angle corresponding to the sum of the compression amount of two springs 21.
