Abstract:
PURPOSE:To turn a piezoelectric device ON-OFF by beams by using a photoconductive material, piezoelectricity thereof expires when dielectric relaxation frequency becomes higher than working frequency, as a piezoelectric material. CONSTITUTION:An iso-elastic material substrate 31 consists of an iso-elastic metal, a lower electrode 33 is formed to one main surface, and a CdS thin-film 32 is formed on the lower electrode. Copper, etc. as a compensation acceptor impurity are doped to the CdS thin-film 32. An upper electrode 34 is formed on the CdS thin-film 32. When a signal S is transmitted over a section between the lower electrode 32 and the upper electrode 34, the CdS thin-film 32 displays pizoelectricity when beams L to the CdS thin-film 32 are interrupted, and the iso-elastic material substrate 31 oscillates by its natural oscillation frequency. When beams L project to the CdS thin-film 32, the piezoelectricity of the CdS thin-film 32 expires, and the iso-elastic material substrate 31 stops its oscillation. That, the device is changed into an acoustic piece vibrator, operation thereof is turned ON-OFF by beams.
