Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the valve switching force of a three-way valve small, by forming an input port, an output port and an exhaust port in a fluid chamber formed in the body of a valve box, opening the input port and the output port in different wall surfaces of the fluid chamber, and locating an oscillating member adapted for communicating these ports selectively at a position where at least the input port is closed. CONSTITUTION:An air chamber D is formed in a valve box 10, and an input port A, an output port B and an exhaust port C are opened in the air chamber D. Further, an oscillating member 16 is disposed to be freely rotatable around a turning shaft 18, and the oscillating member 16 has an exhaust control valve 22 and an input control valve 20 made of an elastic material. A movable iron core 32 extended from an electromagnet unit 30 which is disposed in side-by- side relationship with the valve box 10 is urged outwards from the unit 30 by means of a spring 34 to close the input port A by the intermediary of the oscillating member 16. However, when the electromagnet is energized, the movable iron core 32 is retracted and the oscillating member 16 is set free, so that the input port A is opened.
