PURPOSE: To enable backward movement to be safely and rapidly performed by providing in a rear wiper driving circuit a switch means for working said circuit when a front wiper is operated and a transmission is in the backward movement position.

CONSTITUTION: When a front wiper driving switch 4 is turned on, the front wiper 2 is driven while voltage applied to one input terminal of AND circuit 11 becomes H. When a transmission 12 is shifted to the backward movement position under such condition, a backward movement position detecting switch 13 is turned on and voltage applied to the other input terminal of AND circuit 11 becomes H. Thus, the output of AND circuit 11 becomes H so that current is supplied to a coil 10b of a relay 10 to close contacts 10a and thereby a rear wiper 7 is drive by an actuator 8.
