Abstract:
PURPOSE:To fix and insulate a coil end extremely simply by coating and pasting a rectangular insulating sheet in covering manner, to a long side thereof a plurality of notches are formed, to the coil end section. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of coils are wound and encased to each slot 2 of a stator core 1 through insulating paper. The coil end sections 4 of the coils encased into the core 1 are coated and insulated with the rectangular insulating sheets 3. A plurality of the notches are formed to both long sides of the insulating sheets 3. Consequently, the separation of each coil and the contact of the coils with a non-charging metallic section can be prevented while the man-hours of work can largely be reduced due to extremely simple constitution.
