Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a metal plate butting device provided with a supporter by which the sagging down of a metal plate inserted in a machine is prevented and which is retreated from the butting part of the metal plate when it is not used in a metal plate working machine.
CONSTITUTION: A butting member 47 which is abutted on the butting face of the metal plate is provided freely nearing/parting behind a pair of metallic dies which mutually cooperate in metal plate working, a supporting member 49 preventing the sagging down of the metal plate is provided freely rotating and sliding on the lower part of the butting member 47 and the supporting member 49 is rotated to be retreated toward above or below the butting member 47 or retreated backward on the lower side of the butting member 47 to part from the metallic die.
