To provide a toilet seat device that can suppress erroneous detection of a human body during the operation of the function of the toilet seat device.SOLUTION: There is provided a toilet seat device comprising: a body part provided on a water closet seat; a toilet seat rotatably supported with respect to the body part; a radio wave sensor that is provided inside the body part and radiates a radio wave to an object to be detected and receives a reflected wave thereof to acquire a detection signal related to the object; and a determination unit that acquires information related to a moving distance of the object to be detected based on the detection signal and determines the presence or absence of a human body based on the information; where the determination unit determines that there is a human body when the information satisfies a first condition while a first function of the toilet seat device is stopped and determines that there is a human body if the information satisfies a second condition during the operation of the first function, and the information satisfies the first condition and does not satisfy the second condition by operating the first function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
