Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holding device which can hold a tool so as to be capable of further removing a burr in deburring work.SOLUTION: A tool holding device 1 comprises: a first rotary member 10 which is rotatably fitted to a processor X; a second rotary member 20 which so holds a tool, which is so fitted to the first rotary member 10 as to be rotatable integrally with the first rotary member 10 and movable in a rotary shaft direction, as to be integrally rotatable and integrally movable in the rotary shaft direction; a cam ring 50 which has a cam surface 51 in which a first surface part 511 and a second surface part 512 having different rotary shaft direction positions are respectively located at different positions in a circumferential direction, and which is fixed to a stationery member 30; a sphere 60 which is so provided as to be integrally rotatable coaxially with the second rotary member 20 and integrally movable in the rotary shaft direction, and is so located as to face the cam surface 51; and a coil spring 40 which energizes the second rotary member 20 in a direction in which the sphere 60 is pressed onto the cam surface 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
