Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce artificial replacing miss and to improve efficiency by listing a newly required tool number and a containable pot number (pot number associated with an unnecessary tool) of tool magazine on a tool replacement list. CONSTITUTION:NC program number K6, machining start schedule time K7, machining end schedule time K8 and the like are stored in a schedule data file 7 of a computor 1 based on a production schedule list 2. NC program number K2 and its tool number K3 are stored in a tool list file 8 by inputting a NC program 3 into the computor 1, while tool number K4 stored in a tool magazine 5 and its pot number K5 are stored in a tool file 9 by inputting tool magazine containing condition information 4 into the computor 1. Upon provision of a tool replacement command S to the computor 1, control operating section 11 outputs a list 12 containing tool number K9 to be required newly according to information in schedule data, tool list and tool files 7, 8, 9 and a containable pot number K10 based on a tool replacement program.
