The flat dies for rolling comprise outer peripheral rolling dies, chamfering and forming parts which are adjacent to the outer peripheral rolling dies and have chamfering gear grooves formed in the same position and to the same shape at their mating surfaces and are cut up from 30° to 45° and extension part forming surfaces which are gradually increased in the height continuously with the top surfaces of the chamfering and forming parts.
