Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the top sheave of a pile driver vertically installed with a leader on a main body capable of performing the folding work and returning work of a moving sheave block easily, efficiently, and safely at no cost when the pile driver is transported.
CONSTITUTION: A sheave block located at the top of a leader 3 is constituted of a fixed sheave block 30 fixed to the leader 3 and a moving sheave block 31 rotatably fitted to the fixed sheave block 30 via a pivotal pin 32. When a rope 36 suspended on a sheave 35 on the back side of the top of the leader 3, an intermediate guide 37, the sheave 34 of the moving sheave block 31, and a front guide 33 is wound by a winch 40, the moving sheave block 31 is erected. When the rope 36 is loosened in the erected state of the moving sheave block 31, the moving sheave block 31 is prostrated by its tare weight.
