Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain topping for food which can simply be used in taking a meal and can widely supply nutrients without impairing a taste of food.
SOLUTION: The topping for food is obtained by granulating a mixture comprising vitamins, an iron-containing compound, a calcium-containing compound and water. The method for producing the topping for food is characterized in that the vitamins are mixed with the iron-containing compound and the calcium-containing compound and then water and the obtained mixture is granulated.
