Abstract:

PURPOSE:To reduce the labor of works and shorten them and facilitate grasping and managing working conditions, by using a microcomputer to calculate and total working hours of employees. CONSTITUTION:When the time card where the code number of an employee is recorded is inserted from an insertion entrance 2a, a code reader 2 reads the code number and outputs it together with the card insertion time to a CPU 3. The CPU 3 stores them in an internal storage device 3a and calculates working hours for every code number in every day or every month on a basis of these stored data, thus calculating the number of working days, overtime working hours, etc. of each employee.
