To provide a towel wringer capable of sufficiently wringing out water included in a towel through simple one-touch operation even by a person having weak one hand.

The towel wringer 100 comprises a spiral bar 101 and a handle 102 to which the spiral bar 101 is penetrated. The spiral bar 101 is provided with a hook 103 and a shock absorbing body 140 at one end and a stopper 105 at the other end. The handle 102 is provided with a guide plate 200 held in the handle 102 by a holding ring 201 and rotated along spiral strips 111. With the handle 102 positioned on the hook 103 side, a central part in the longitudinal direction of a towel is folded into two so as to form a U-shape. One end of the towel is hung on the hook 103 and the other end is held so as not to rotate. By pulling the handle 102 positioned on the hook 103 side from the hook 103 side toward the stopper 105 side, the spiral bar 101 is rotated, and thus, the towel is wringed out by twisting force due to the rotation of the hook 103.
