To provide a system enabling treatments of total of four functions of two types and two applications which are underwater freezing, underwater thawing, air freezing and air thawing by using the same one machine.

The system for all treatments including wave freezing under pressurization antifreezing water and wave thawing under pressurization water having high conductivity at low temperature or wave freezing in pressurization air and wave thawing in pressurization air for treated objects which cannot be treated under water, instantaneous chilling treatment and cleaning of adhered deleterious materials can be optionally performed by the same one machine. By integrating the molecular structure of water included in treated objects with physical science, external parts and core parts can be simultaneously frozen/thawed by minutes. Freshness and color are not changed and no drips are produced. In same cases, in terms of freshness, sorting of distributed articles can be performed through freshness quality instantaneous verification for frozen processed articles of other companies.
