To provide a track device capable of changing easily a track of a traveling body; and to provide a traveling body.SOLUTION: A track device is a track switching member 4 including: a branch part 441 having a long approximately rectangular flat plate shape in a traveling direction of a traveling body, for branching, in multiple directions, a track 41 for guiding wheels of the traveling body from the entrance part 401 side on one end 4a side in a longer direction toward the exit part 403 side on the other end 4b side; and a route guide part 42 arranged along tracks 41b, 41c in directions different from an inertial direction of the traveling body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
