When the practice ends, an end signal is transmitted from the learning terminal 200 to the navigation site 300 and the degree of progression of the English conversation in the situation of the student is progressed one stage according to the end signal in the navigation site 300. When the degree of progression of the learning attains the prescribed progression, the learning terminal 200 is automatically connected to an IP telephone 500 of a teacher and the student can make the raw English conversation with the teacher. Since the student is not required to manage the degree of progression of the learning by himself or herself, the convenience is improved.
