Abstract:
To provide a transfer image forming apparatus capable of stripping a transfer medium from a body to be transferred at a transfer section without damaging the body to be transferred.
When a transfer film 7 passes through a carrying path formed in upper and lower blocks 17 and 18 while being laid on top of a booklet 12 from a transfer section B to the downstream side in the carrying direction of the booklet 12, the transfer film 7 is pushed back by the guide face 22 of the upper block 17 and then wound temporarily toward the upstream side thus stripping the transfer film 7 transferred with an image from the booklet 12 by means of a stripping mechanism 16.
