Abstract:
To provide a transfer system capable of suitably realizing a transition from a state in which a mover is in contact with a stator to a state in which the mover is not in contact with the stator.SOLUTION: A transfer system includes a stator, a mover, a control unit, and a first regulation member row including a plurality of first regulation members arranged along a transport path and a second regulation member row including a plurality of second regulation members, and when a mover comes into contact with the first regulation member row, the control unit performs a return process of moving the mover to a position not in contact with the first regulation member row and the second regulation member row, and the return process includes a first process of applying a rotational force to the mover with the first regulation member as a fulcrum in one of the first regulation member rows.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
