Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy detection of a substrate under manufacturing while suppressing dielectric breakdown between conductors by the substrate.SOLUTION: A transformer device 1 includes a substrate 2 and at least one transformer 3. The substrate 2 is a glass substrate. The transformer 3 is provided on the first surface 21 side of the substrate 2. Further, the transformer device 1 has a direction conversion function. The direction conversion function is a function of converting the direction of at least a part of light directed to a second surface 22 on the opposite side of the first surface 21 of the substrate 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
